24 Hotline 1-6-3 for crisis calls and counseling
A 24-hour hotline call center provides immediate response nationwide to cases of child abuse through a rescue team, on-line counseling and referrals handled by trained counselors and social workers working on a daily 3-shift basis.
Walk- in Desk Assistance
Receives and accepts walk-in clients who need counseling on child issues. This is made available to the public by trained social workers 24 hours a day seven days a week.
Home / School Visitation
An activity used by the social worker when the case reported is not life threatening and the family crisis can still be resolved. Social workers monitor the children and provide the whole family with intensive counseling.
Medical Assistance
Caters to indigent children ages 0-12 years old. By airing their stories on television, the children’s medical expenses are provided by well-meaning donors.
Legal Assistance
The nature of child protection involves legal actions especially to victims of child abuse. The service is extended for free by volunteer lawyers every Saturday.
